Something memorable: The croissants seem to always sell out before lunch time! If you would like to have one of those, it's best to go early! On Tuesdays & Fridays, there's a market (most fruit & veg, but also meat, fish, cheese and fabrics / handmade goods) on Maybachufer. 
Popular drink/dish: If you'd like to sit in, the raspberry bake and cinnamon rolls are a nice treat. They sell tea from ManuTeeFaktur there, as well as other nicely selected drinks. 
Fun fact: The Bread Station is a Danish bakery, since they arrived in Berlin in 2016, they've caused quite a storm, winning Stil in Berlin's Berlin's Best Bread award.
